    Shipping

    • All products not marked as "pre-order" or "sold-out" are on stock
    • We ship from our warehouse in Senec, Slovakia
    • Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day, orders placed later are shipped the next day
    • We are able to deliver EU-wide within 2 - 3 days
    • For exact delivery times for your location, please see the Shipping info page

    Returns And Exchanges

    • You may return your products within 14 days of order receipt
    • Unpacked products, or products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted
    • Your payment will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 7 days of reception of the goods in our warehouse  
    • If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order
