We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Feedzone.eu features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • You can use Apple Pay when checking out on your phone.
  • We also offer Cash on Delivery option.

Shipping

  • All products not marked as "pre-order" or "sold-out" are on stock
  • We ship from our warehouse in Senec, Slovakia
  • Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day, orders placed later are shipped the next day
  • We are able to deliver EU-wide within 2 - 3 days

Returns And Exchanges

  • You may return your products within 14 days of order receipt
  • Unpacked products, or products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted
  • Your payment will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 7 days of reception of the goods in our warehouse  
  • If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order
